Active: Mergath Flarekin's ritual threatens the tribunes of the Citadel.
Complete: The Flame Legion's Mergath Flarekin launched an attack on all the Black Citadel's tribunes, as well as Imperator Smodur himself. I defeated the Flame effigy Mergath summoned and saved the Citadel's highest-ranking officers.
