Used to create legendary equipment. Can be purchased from some vendors, earned from some reward tracks, and randomly made in the Mystic Forge by combining: • Obsidian Shards • Mystic Coins • Globs of Ectoplasm • Philosopher's Stones or Mystic Crystals
